Joshua J. Carlson is Director of Youth Services at Utica Public Library. He conducts weekly story times both at the Library and in local youth organizations. In addition, he oversees the Youth Services Department and its staff, implements a variety of fun and educational programming for Utica area children and teens, and regularly reviews children's and young adult literature for the local newspaper.
