Britain's fattest cat (and seven dogs) are getting a chance to shed those unwanted pounds.
A story from Reuter's Life discusses the dieting contest, which will follow eight of Britain's portliest pets as they undertake a 100-day diet and fitness regime to capture this year's pet fit club champion title.
Apparently British pet owners aren't killing their pets with kindness; they're killing them with cheese, buttered toast and biscuits.
How does this cat even make it to the litter box? Talk about a wide load ... fat cat ... rear view ... I'll stop now.
