This Rambis is easier (AP Photo/Chris Carlson)

It's only a couple days before Halloween and you still don't have a costume. Instead of heading to your local "Halloween Super Store" and picking out one of the overpriced, overused costumes, why not do something original by dressing up as your favorite Laker!

Below are a few suggestions. Remember that the way you carry yourself is just as important as the clothes you wear.

Kurt Rambis- One of the more easily recognizable Lakers, a few small touches will take your costume to the next level. Although there are many different Rambises (or Rambi) to emulate, the most effective would be the "Good Teammate Rambis" shown in this picture.

Costume: Black horn-rimmed glasses with Laker-gold sunglasses strap. V-neck Laker warm-up with the smallest bit of chest hair exposed just to tantalize the ladies. Towel over left shoulder. Chestnut-brown feathered mullet with matching perfectly-groomed Ron Jeremy mustache.

Attitude: Treat every male at your Halloween party as your teammate. Hand him beverages, cheer for him while he does keg stands, and don't be afraid to deliver a firm, open-palmed slap on his rear end to indicate a job well done.

Andrew Bynum- The Lakers' budding star could also be the sleeper this Halloween given his recent theatrics. As much as I would love to do "Baby Phat Bynum" from his early days in the league, I think we have to go with "Coming of Age Bynum" who was recently seen making it rain at an L.A. night club on his 21st birthday.

Costume: Oversized, overpriced graphic tee. Stunna shades that you refuse to remove, even when indoors. Boombox playing Lil' Wayne's "Got Money" on repeat. Gigantic fake diamond watch (the blingier the better). Most importantly, at least 3,000 fake one dollar bills to ensure you can continue to "take it out ya pocket and show it" all night long.

Attitude: General happiness (aka drunkenness) and confidence. Remember what it was like when you turned 21. Then imagine you're a 7-footer. And a millionaire. And a favorite to win the NBA Title. How could you not have a good time?

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar- One of the classic Lakers, it would be easy to wear the jersey, throw on some goggles and be done with it. Instead, you're going to take a unique and fresh approach by going with "Roger Murdock Kareem" from the hilarious 1980 film, Airplane!

Costume: Pilot's uniform with a Lakers jersey underneath. Unbutton top buttons of shirt so Lakers jersey is visible, but not obvious. Bring goggles, but only wear them occasionally to promote confusion.

Attitude: Be on the defensive. When people ask who you are, insist that your name is Roger Murdock and that you're an airline co-pilot. If pressed, declare with authority that you "bust your buns every night" and ask the questioner how he would like drag Walton and Lanier up the court for 48 minutes.

Well those are just three suggestions for last-minute Laker costume ideas. There is a huge risk (that nobody will have any clue what you are), but I think you'll agree that the payoff is well worth it.

Better than wearing regular clothes, carrying a toy airplane, and saying you're an "aircraft carrier" at least.
