Swimming can sometimes be the scariest part of a triathlon. We've all heard the horror stories of mucky waters, people kicking each other, hitting each other, pulling swimmers under water, and so on. I speak from experience and can honestly say, this is true. It's a free-for-all out in the water.

Clif Bar has put together a fantastic training video. Take a look.
