Yup, it's time for the joke of the week. Yay! From our FIRST official winner! Yay!
But first ... the winning joke. Short but hilarious:
An actor walks into a bar.
The stage manager says, "Put some glow tape on it."
LOL! Get it? Get it?
and just for the heck of it, click here for some weirdly interesting information on glow tape.
OK, and now for our winner: Cate Cundiff!
As you might have guessed from her joke entry, she IS a techie. Who works regularly in theatre as a stage manager and lighting designer.
Cate is currently, along with her work on other projects, ASM for the hit play "Battle Hymn" presented by Circle X Theatre Company at [Inside] The Ford. Check out the rave reviews on their website.
And Cate's prize? A free pair of tickets to of a performance of her choice during the upcoming second season at Rogue Machine Theatre Company!
During its inaugural season Variety called Rogue Machine "one of the most ambitious and accomplished new theater companies in L.A." Their new season starts in the spring and promises to be even more exciting than last year's.
