TCM airs Mervyn LeRoy movies all day Saturday plus slideshow of LeRoy stars

Turner Classic Movies (TCM) airs 11 Mervyn LeRoy movies from 6 am, Saturday morning, June 20 through 6 am Sunday morning. Today's schedule is a testament to LeRoy's versatility and a trip through the Golden Age of the movies that highlights differences between Warner Brothers movies of the 1930's and MGM pictures of the 1940's and early 50's. Today's LeRoy schedule brings us such different films as "Little Caesar" and "Random Harvest" with a whole lot of ground covered in between!

Here's the complete schedule which is followed by a slideshow of 10 images featuring vintage movie cards and collectibles depicting the stars of today's movies.

10:30 am "Madame Curie" (1943) starring Greer Garson, Walter Pidgeon, Van Johnson

1:00 pm "Million Dollar Mermaid" (1952) starring Esther Williams, Victor Mature, Walter Pidgeon

3:00 pm "Anthony Adverse" (1936) starring Fredric March, Olivia de Havilland, Claude Rains

5:30 pm "The Devil at 4 O'Clock" (1961) starring Spencer Tracy, Frank Sinatra, Kerwin Mathews

8:00 pm "Random Harvest" (1942) starring Greer Garson, Ronald Colman, Susan Peters

10:15 pm "The Bad Seed" (1956) starring Nancy Kelly, Patty McCormack, Henry Jones

12:30 am "Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo" (1944) starring Spencer Tracy, Van Johnson, Robert Walker

3:00 am "Quo Vadis" (1951) starring Robert Taylor, Deborah Kerr, Peter Ustinov

TCM continues "Great Directors" month Sunday morning starting at 6 with 24 hours of the work of Vincente Minnelli.
