Vandalized photo of the Atheist Ad Campaign

The Boston Coalition of Reason posted its own version of the ongoing international atheist ad campaign on MBTA trains with the message, “Good without God? 40 million Americans are.” Apparently this message is too offensive to some that they felt the need to vandalize one of these MBTA posters. Sadly, this is not the first time an atheist message has been vandalized.

The original message of the ad is positive, with the intention of welcoming secular humanists and atheists to embrace local communities. However, the response is overwhelmingly negative, threatening us unbelievers with hell for not believing. Is this really considered a moral and positive message from the Christian community?

Whatever happened to "love thy neighbor"?
