Dr. Bruce Fife is the leading authority on coconut health benefits

There’s a lot mystery and confusion surrounding the subject of coconut and coconut oil in the health industry because of the high-fat content. Sadly, this has inadvertently pushed people away from eating these deliciously healthy tropical whole food products that are an outstanding supplement to your low-carb lifestyle change.
