According to Richard Blais's personal blog, his new hamburger joint, Flip, should be set to open by the second week of December. This comes as welcoming news to all of his loving fans who understood his frustration while working at Home, the Tom Catherall farm-to-table concept restaurant. Here's what the menu looks like so far:
