The name of the mysterious personal doctor who was present at his death has been revealed. Dr Conrad Robert Murray administered an injection of Demerol at 11.30 am. Jackson's family told MSNBC said that the dose given at that time was too high.

Jackson family attorney, Brian Oxman told the cable channel that he had warned the Jackson family previously about the over medication given to Michael. A subsequent report about Oxycontin is now circulating, and it now seems Jackson was addicted to painkillers.

Dr Murray is said to have been hired by the company promoting Jackson's latest comeback tour. Police have restated that there is no murder investigation.
