Make your New Year’s resolutions early this year and decide now to not only take that well-deserved vacation, but save money while you’re doing it. For anyone whose New Year’s resolutions do include saving money (and let’s face it – whose doesn’t) yet you don’t want to make sacrifices then St. Kitts & Nevis is the place to go.

The islands are launching a destination wide added value offer, “Feel the Warmth in St. Kitts & Nevis,” which provides the fifth night free on stays of at least four nights at participating hotels on St. Kitts & Nevis. Guests also receive a complimentary $75 food and beverage credit at participating hotels.

As if that’s not enough, American Airlines is offering more than a 10% discount off standard published rates when booking flights in conjunction with a stay at a participating hotel as part of the “Feel the Warmth in St. Kitts & Nevis” offer.

Still not enough, the “Feel the Warmth in St. Kitts & Nevis” offer further includes a special card provided to the hotel guest upon check-in entitling the bearer to additional “Feel the Warmth in St. Kitts & Nevis” discounts at participating establishments such as local tour operators, restaurants, car rental companies and more along with a list of those establishments.  The more times the card is used, the more the overall savings becomes.

So what are you waiting for anyway? Take full advantage of the “Feel the Warmth in St. Kitts & Nevis” offer in conjunction with discounted air from AA Vacations now. Travelers must book by January 6, 2009 for travel between January 4 and March 31, 2009. The “Feel the Warmth in St. Kitts & Nevis” offer can also be booked exclusive of air anytime between now and February 28, 2009 for travel January 4 through April 19, 2009.

Reservations can be made through AA Vacations, American Express Vacations, with your local travel professional, via the St. Kitts website at www.stkittstourism.kn or by booking directly with a participating hotel.
St. Kitts & Nevis is served non-stop daily from Miami by American Airlines.  It is also served non-stop by American Airlines from New York’s JFK International Airport, by Delta Air Lines from Atlanta and by US Airways from Charlotte.  Additionally, travelers can connect via San Juan on American Eagle.  Regional air carriers include Windward Island Airways (WinAir) and LIAT with connections over St. Maarten, Antigua and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Located in the northern Leeward Islands of the Caribbean, St. Kitts offers a diverse tourism product developed from the destination’s natural beauty, cultural heritage and rich history.  The island’s stunning variety of tourism attractions include hiking through the tropical rainforest, riding the scenic railway that connects the island’s sugar plantations, touring Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park, the only man-made UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Eastern Caribbean, and the more traditional vacation pastimes such as watersports, golf, shopping, tennis, gourmet dining, gaming at one of St. Kitts’ two casinos or simply relaxing on one of the island’s sandy beaches.  Guests can select from accommodations ranging from intimate plantation inns to larger hotels or resorts.
For more information about St. Kitts, please contact the St. Kitts Tourism Authority toll free from the US at 1-800-582-6208 or from Canada 1-888-395-4887, e-mail info@stkittstourism.kn or visit the website at www.stkittstourism.kn.
