Britney Spears has announced on her official website Wednesday that "If U Seek Amy" will be the third single from her Circus album. If you don't know, the track has gained some controversy simply from it's title.

According to Rolling Stone, many parents are taken aback by lyrics in the song’s chorus.

“I was astonished and totally taken aback when I heard my 5 and 7-year-old kids walking around the house singing ‘F-U-C-K,” one parent has complained. “When I asked them what it was, they told me it was Britney Spears. I was horrified.”

As with every celebrity who starts as a teenager in the business, Ms. Spears has grown up. Of course singers will always have fans in various age brackets but some of these songs are intended for an obviously older audience.
