The Stern Grove Festival depends on your donations!

Yeah, It's going to be one hot summer. This is an awesome line-up: soul, R&B, cumbia, Indian music, jazz, Brazilian funk, and more... There's nothing better than a big free dance party in the middle of a gorgeous park. I kinda want to be there every weekend!

Every summer, Stern Grove Festival presents world-class performing arts in one of the country's most beautiful natural settings, completely free of admission. But remember the Stern Grove Festival is a non-profit and depends on your donations to keep it free and up and running year after year! All shows are on Sundays at 2pm.

I've added some simple genre categories, but please click on the links to find out more about each artist:

June 21 - Roberta Flack and Davell Crawford - R&B and jazz

June 28 - Les Nubians and Asa - Afro-European R&B

July 5 - San Francisco Symphony and Inouye Jazz - featuring excerpts from Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake", Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 in B-flat minor, Opus 23 with pianist Inon Barnatan, Gershwin's "An American in Paris", and music by Leonard Bernstein from the movie "On the Waterfront".

July 12 - Joan Baez and Blame Sally - folk pop

July 19 - Sergent Garcia and Curumin - salsa-reggae and Brazilian funk

July 26 - The Lyrics Born Revue, The Mighty Underdogs - hip-hop

August 2 - Kailash Kher's Kailasa and Delhi 2 Dublin - Indian and world fusion

August 9 - Totó La Momposina y Sus Tambores and Nation Beat - cumbia and world fusion
