                Serena, Jackie and Lorelei

Serena Williams is a jack of all trades. She is most famous for her tennis game, but Ms. Williams also is a clothing designer, model and actress. Her life and personality are BIG, which is why it comes as no surprise that she owns a Jack Russell and Maltese.

Jack Russell and Maltese dogs are known for their personalities. Both breeds are lively and playful. Serena owns one of each. Jackie is her 12-lb Jack Russell while Lorelei is her 6-lb Maltese. Both serve different purposes in her life. According to an interview with People, Jackie is her bodyguard while Lorelei is more of a playmate. As a result, each dog complements her lifestyle perfectly.

Surprisingly, Serena says her pet dogs are not little prima donnas. She works hard to keep them stable and humble. She jokingly said she does it not to get other dogs jealous.  Well, considering that she’s their owner, this might be a problem.
