
She commented on her new look and costume. "It was crazy to see it for the first time – everything all zipped up and all the weapons in there, bracelets on, the whole look. It was pretty sweet, I have to say."
While it's hard to imagine her looking anything but awesome, regardless of her role, it is refreshing to hear she worked hard to achieve the right look for this film. It's also no great surprise she used low-carb to do so.
"She was wearing an unforgiving costume," said Iron Man 2 director Jon Favreau. "She didn't eat much, that's for sure. She likes food, as do I, and she was definitely on a low-carb diet and training very hard. It was amazing."
While Scarlett may not have eaten much, you certainly don't have to starve yourself to get amazing results utilizing a low-carb approach. You can be satisfied with your choices, full and still lose weight.
