Pumpkins scream autumn is here! source
When autumn breezes blow, the first things that come to my mind are colorful leaves, festive holidays and amazing food. I’ll admit it. I’m a foodie.  I’ll bet many of you are as well. This is the time of year we salivate over the idea of scrumptious meals made from scratch. But wait! I’m on a low-carb diet. That means I have to forgo the food frolic and just pick the green beans out of the casserole, right? Not at all! Some of my favorite low-carb dishes are perfect for holiday celebrations. The best part is the following recipes are so delicious you can even serve them to carb-eaters without anyone ever knowing the difference.

Broccoli, Ham and Cheese Soup

Quick Chili

Dr. Atkins Original Roast Turkey

Truly Low Carb Psghetti

Lasagna

Wild Mushroom Gravy

Spaghetti Squash Monterey

Just Like Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Pumpkin Cranberry Cookies

Vermont Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake
