Many people don't realize how easy it is to contact your political representatives and members of local and national media. This is one easy, yet powerful way you can make your voice heard and join in building a brighter future.

Below are links which quickly provide those living in the U.S. with the phone and fax numbers, email addresses, and regular mailing addresses of political and media representatives at both the local and national levels.

You can make a big difference by sending these influential individuals and organizations information you want them to know. For those located outside the U.S., we encourage you to find similar lists for your country.

Keep in mind that emails are generally the least effective way to make an impact, as many are never even read in these publicly available addresses. Written letters have the most impact, though phone calls and faxes are also very useful. When you add a personal touch to anything you send, it is more likely to make a difference. Thanks for caring and for making a difference in our world. Together, we can and will build a brighter future for us all!
