An allergen free website that actually lets you have your cake and eat it too!

Delicious little bears- no gelatin!!

If you or your children have any food allergies, it’s probably a given that you’ve looked online for products. I can tell you from experience that finding foods in the local grocery stores is hit or miss, making it very frustrating when you’re doing the shopping and you just want to be done. I recently came upon a great site that has great features and a wonderful selection. By combining online shopping with your local grocery store purchases, there’s no reason why you can’t have variety and flavor in your diet- and keep it safe. This is great for the kids, too!

 Allergy Grocer

To start, check out their unique search engine. It allows you to click on whatever ingredients you want to eliminate, so only choices that are allergen free for you will pop up. Sounds simple, until you start shopping around online and have to click on each and every item and read the nutritional ingredients at some other sites. Very time consuming!

 Don’t miss:

Sharkies fruit chews – little fruit flavored candies that are organic and vegan. Free of wheat, gluten, dairy, peanuts, egg, soy, corn, yeast, potato, and sesame.

Glee Gum – all natural gum in awesome flavors. Free of wheat, gluten, barley, oats, rye, dairy, casein, lactose, whey, peanut, tree nuts, egg, soy protein, soy oil, yeast, potato, sesame, sulfites/sulfates, onion, garlic, fish, and shellfish.

Wateroos – flavored water with no sweeteners or sugar. O calories, carbs, and sugar.

Gummi Bears – Free of wheat, gluten, barley, oats, rye, dairy, casein, lactose, whey, peanut, tree nuts, egg, soy protein, soy oil, yeast, potato, sesame, sulfites/sulfates, onion, garlic, fish, and shellfish.

SunButter snack cups – Free of wheat, gluten, barley, oats, rye, dairy, casein, lactose, whey, peanut, tree nuts, egg, yeast, potato, sesame, sulfites/sulfates, onion, garlic, fish, and shellfish.

All Natural Fruit Leather - Free of wheat, gluten, barley, oats, rye, dairy, casein, lactose, whey, peanut, tree nuts, egg, soy protein, soy oil, yeast, potato, sesame, sulfites/sulfates, onion, garlic, fish, and shellfish. Comes in watermelon, grape, strawberry, raspberry, and tropical fruit flavors.

Crispy Chocolate Bar – Tastes like a Nestle crunch bar! Free of wheat, gluten, barley, oats, rye, dairy, casein, lactose, whey, peanut, tree nuts, egg, soy protein, soy oil, yeast, potato, sesame, sulfites/sulfates, onion, garlic, fish, and shellfish.
