• Why not kick the 4th of July weekend off in a very unconventional fashion by catching one amazing rock legend. Peter Murphy will be playing the State Theatre in Falls Church, VA tomorrow night. Go out and see the former Bauhaus singer bring his signature blend of rock and goth to the masses. Although Murphy has been making music since the 80s which has included solo releases, his most popular hit is perhaps "Cuts You Up." But Peter Murphy still is best known for his deep, sultry voice that made the band Bauhaus goth legends. Recently Murphy collaborated with Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor and Murphy is definitely an inspiration to many musicians who are trying to emulate the band's classic dark sound. Tickets are $30 and the show starts at 9pm. For more information go here: http://www.thestatetheatre.com/index.xml
