A coffee vendor in Cartagena
Vendors ply the streets with coffee - enjoy a cup at any time!
  1. Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas – the greatest and strongest fort ever built by the Spanish in one of their colonies.
  2. Volcán de Lodo el Totumo – spend an hour or so bathing in this small, mud-filled volcano.
  3. Palace of the Inquisition – a museum filled with a most amazing array of tools and information about the inquisition.  Includes many torture devices used at the time.
  4. Wander the streets of Old Town – this might be the best part of Cartagena.  The Old Town is filled with beautiful old buildings and colorful life.  Be sure to pencil many hours of wandering into your schedule!
