You've decided you need to get out of Bogota and are looking for something quick and easy, right? Lots of us do the same. Fortunately, there's a great little hot springs pool only an hour away - jump on a bus and spend the day soaking your cares away!

In Choachi you'll find Santa Monica Termales, and can easily spend the day relaxing in the warm waters. Hop on a bus in Bogota, and you'll be at the termales soon enough.

On your way there, you'll pass through the páramo - high mountain grasslands that are a fascinating ecosystem unique to Colombia. Be sure to look for the frailejón dotting the landscape as you pass by!
