How to get free formula, coupons and other stuff for baby while you're pregnant

If you're expecting, you can expect lots of free stuff, as long as you sign up with the right companies. You can sign up while your pregnant and have a little extra time and you'll have the stuff before baby arrives in many cases, which is always good. Of course, you can sign up for the freebies after baby comes too.

Formula is a big freebie and every expecting-mom should sign up to get as much as they can free. Not to be greedy... but because you never can predict what you may need. I, for one, thought I'd exclusively breast feed, but when I didn't make enough milk and noticed my first baby was getting dehydrated... having formula samples on hand saved her from having to be hospitalized.

If you do choose to use formula or need to supplement your milk supply, you'll want to have different samples on hand in case one agrees with baby's tummy more than other brands.

Also, if you don't end up needing it, you can donate all your free samples to the local food bank for women that do need it. So it's a win win!

Even if you plan to use cloth diapers, it never hurts to have some disposables around for emergencies. Sign up with these diaper companies and get free samples and coupons:

Down the line, you'll want to get in on coupons on baby food. Even if you're going to make your own food, it never hurts to have some ready to go for during errands or what have you. Here are some places to get free baby food coupons:

If you make a baby registry at Target and Babies R Us you get good discount coupons. You don't even have to use the registry. You just have to make one.
