If you have daughters, you'll most likely want to buy at least one gift this holiday season that will suit their girly tendencies. Even if your girls love cars and trains and climbing and dirt, they probably will also love some of these gifts too.

Dolly's Cupcakes Tea & Me is perfect for girly girls of all ages (though recommended for kids three and up). The soft tea pot, cups, saucers and foods are handmade in the USA. These are very nice quality toys and much better than the plastic and metal sets on the market.

Russ Baby Bright Beginnings Activity Princess Castle comes with a castle, dragon, knight and princess. Perfect for your tiny little princesses to play til their hearts content. Each figure is either a rattle or squeaky toy to boot.

Tinker Bell and Sleeping Beauty UltiMotion interactive video game is more than a video game. It's an interactive toy that allows preschool-aged girls to fly like a fairy and more. My girls were too young for this when we tried it out but it was still pretty cool. I'd recommend this for kids at least three, maybe four years old and up. It comes with wings, a fairy wand, a skirt and a princess wand plus the remote device and the part that plugs into your TV. You don't need a video game system for this. It is self-contained.

Who says costumes are just for Halloween? Not girly girls. They love to dress up all year long, particularly as fairies. Tinker Bell Costume by Creative Designs International is perfect for that. The wings velcro on and off, so it's easy for your little fairy to get into and out of the car when she wants to show off her outfit around town. My 2.5 year old Ava literally started jumping up and down in excitement when she first got this outfit. She still loves to wear it all of the time.

Prissy Poofs makes some of the cutest prissy costumes around, perfect for the girliest of girls. From lady bugs to cats and princesses, there's something for every little girl's personality. Wearing one of these can make every day special, even if there's no occasion. My daughter Ava loves to dance around in her lady bug prissy poof (see photo above right) around the house or on a walk around the neighborhood.

If you have a little Tinker Bell fan, you'll want to get the awesome (and I really mean that) FlyTech Tinker Bell Flying Robot.  Oh the fun my girls and I have had with it! My husband and I enjoy playing with it too. The flower wand is the remote control and sends Tink flying around. I recommend this toy for outside more than inside because Tink has a mind of her own sometimes.

The classic Cabbage Patch Kids are back in a new 25th anniversary collection, complete with birth certificates and all. These dolls are great for little girls who like to play "little mama." I remember playing with my CPK when I was a kid and I've enjoyed seeing my daughters enjoy this toy as well.

Water Babies are realistic baby dolls that you fill with warm water. They come in newborn and baby size and three different skin tones. They're especially a great choice for little ones with a new baby in the house or on the way. They also have a valve so they don't leak and make a mess.

Who says girly girls can’t be builders? They can. And the Lego Pink Brick Set is made just for them. For ages 4 & up, it comes with pieces to make a house, dogs, even little girls and cars. Lego also make a series called Belville with buildings, puppies, horses, castles and more designed just for girls five and up.

Baby Legs are about the hippest, most practical baby-toddler product around right now. While Baby Legs are for both girls and boys, there is something extra cute about little girls dressed up in these. They come in cool prints from stripes to polka dots and even in organic patterns. They’re fashionable and practical and oh so cool!

Kicky Pants makes all kinds of cute clothing for little ones. The frilly bottom onesies will end with other women ooh-ing and awing over your cute little one’s behind. They’re made from bamboo fabric and lycra, making them extra soft and stretchy. Great for photos too!

Nubar Nail Polish Holiday Jewel Basket set is filled with glittering nail polishes without a lot of color… all with no formaldehyde or DBP or other bad stuff. It's perfect for moms and their little princesses to paint their nails together. They also have a bright pink color called Baby Pink for the girliest of girls to sport around town. A good stocking stuffer.

I've put together over two dozen gift guides to help you find the perfect gifts this holiday season. I'm breaking down the categories to suit children's personalities from bug lovers to little scientists, artists and more. I'll also have gift guides for new parents, moms, dad, and grandparents. You can see all of those HERE all season long. Be sure to check back as there's lots more to come.
