'Days of our Lives' - Kate is in the closet and EJ's is determined to get revenge against Sami

Lucas invites Daniel to his house once again in appreciation for all he's done for Chloe. Daniel explains his work schedule would make that an impossibility.  Lucas interprets his turning down the invitation as rudeness.  Kate prepares a dish for Chloe and used a dose of poison as one of the ingredients.  Later, she hands a guy an envelope stuffed with cash and receives a key and a promise that this will work.  Kate manages to transfer Daniel's fingerprints onto the bottle of poison and then takes off with that key.

Nicole assumes that EJ has decided to drop the custody suit against Nicole to prevent Stephanie from testifying against him.  EJ tells Nicole he hasn't necessarily changed his mind.  He claims that he's determining the best way to move forward.  Nicole urges him to drop it because it's better for the kids but EJ asks her how she would feel if someone lied to her about Sydney.  EJ is determined to make Sami pay.

Speaking of Sami, she decides to ask Rafe to move in with her.  Sami tells Rafe that EJ cannot use his moving in with her against him and she's decided life to too short and they should be together.  Rafe agrees to move in.

Melanie encourages Philip to not to be too pushy where Stephanie is concerned and she also urges him not to let her think he has given up on her.  Later, Melanie talks Stephanie into going out with her the following evening for a bite to eat.  Stephanie reluctantly agrees and Melanie immediately calls Phillip. 

Brady finds out that Stephanie left Titan and he is not happy about that.  He immediately wonders what Phillip did to drive her away.  Brady urges Melanie to stay out of Phillip and Stephanie's business stating that is they get back together it has to be their own decision.

Sami meets Nicole and Sydney in the park.  Nicole tells Sami she changed EJ's mind about the custody battle and Sami is thrilled.  Nicole urges her to act surprised when EJ tells her and she also orders Sami to keep Rafe out of her business.  Sydney begins to cry and Sami holds her while Nicole tries to locate her pacifier.  In the meantime, EJ goes to Sami's but finds Rafe instead.  The two nearly get into a fight but EJ walks off before that could happen.  He tells Rafe he is saving his anger for something really special.  EJ shows up at the park and demands that Sami hand his daughter over.  He tells Sami never to touch her again.  He also tells her he just learned Rafe was moving in with her and he's not happy about it because he believes there is too much Sami doesn't know about Rafe.

Back at Sami's Rafe burns a newspaper clipping bearing the headlines "Bride-to-Be Dies Mysteriously."  Later, Will and Rafe discuss Rafe's moving in and Rafe manages to compel Will to make amends with his mother.

Kate enters Daniel's apartment to plant her tainted evidence and she wasn't expecting Chloe and Lucas to arrive.  She ducks into a closet but drops her scarf on the floor before securing herself inside.  Chloe finds the scarf and smells a familiar perfume.  She tells Lucas she thinks someone is hiding.  Lucas tells her they are not there to go through Daniel's closets. Lucas is sure Daniel has a mystery gal pal or something.
