Van Jones resigned but he is not forgotten to Glenn Beck

A few minutes into his T.V. show Glenn Beck said that despite receiving congratulations on the Van Jones resignation the story should not be about Van Jones.  Glenn Beck then proceeded to use Van Jones to attack the Obama administration over the next thirty minutes of his show.

Glenn Beck may be trying to win the daytime Emmy for "Beating a Dead Horse" with his coverage of Van Jones.  I can understand Beck covering the resignation and even spending a little time patting himself on the back for helping to get Van Jones out of office.  What I can not understand is how Beck can still try to use Van Jones to attack the Obama administration.

In the clip below Glenn Beck time and time again asks more questions to Obama based on Van Jones.  These questions include ridiculous inquiries like "Do you Mr. President believe in communism?"  Even though Van Jones espoused capitalist principles never did anything as green jobs "czar" to insinuate he was still a communist Glenn Beck still thinks he can incriminate President Obama using Van Jones.

It became clear to me about halfway through Beck's coverage that their was another motive behind his continued coverage of Van Jones.  I have little doubt that Beck and his staff had done more research on Van Jones and just could not resist releasing more distortion on the man even after he had resigned.  Beck simply had to show the negative disinformation he had prepared on Van Jones even if Jones no longer had any connection to President Obama.

This all ultimately goes to prove that Glenn Beck and others can not be made happy no matter what the President or his advisers do.  If Van Jones had stayed on Beck would continue to attack the President using Van Jones and asked why Van Jones was being protected.  Now that Jones has resigned Beck suggests that Van Jones still somehow has an influence over Obama only now in a more secretive way.  Despite Beck's contention he does not "hope he is wrong" about the President.  To the contrary it turns out that the President is wrong no matter what he does according to Beck.
