Top Rank Photo (Chris Farina) - Aeromexico in as sponsor for bout between Filipino and Puerto Rican
LAS VEGAS--Prosperity comes to boxing withIn America still in the grips of a crippling recession.
I love it. More, more, more.
Boxing has gone above and beyond “Just For Men Hair Coloring,” the loyal boxing sponsor which has more or less carried the ESPN boxing series in recent years.

What kind of prosperity? Well, try this on for starters. The Filipino Icon Manny Pacquiao is fighting the Puerto Rican superstar Miguel I’m No Angel Cotto Saturday night at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.
And a Mexican airline has signed up as one of the main title sponsors for the Bob Arum Top Rank Inc. promotion.

"We are very happy that Aeromexico has come on board, so to speak, for this fight," duBoef said in the Media Center Tuesday afternoon.
"We have AT&T which has sponsored Cotto bouts at Madison Square Garden. We have Tecate, the Mexican beer. We have the History Channel. And we have Samrt Phone which also sponsors Manny in the Philippines."
duBoef said numerous sponsors were turned away.
"We had some we rejected including an energy drink. We are looking for a higher level of sponsors and we've been getting them."
duBoef also said many potential, high profile sponsors are coming as guests of Top Rank for the fight.
