Today’s the day that 40,000 runners and thousands of spectators will help celebrate the 40th anniversary of the one of the world’s best marathons: ING New York City Marathon!
- Catch the NBC Sports two-hour broadcast highlight show from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. today (check local listings for details)
- Universal Sports TV Network will also air the race live from 9 a.m. (EST) on their digital network.
- If you live in the New York metro area, watch the action (if you’re not down cheering on the runners) on WNBC 4 New York.
- To watch it via the web, go to UniversalSports.com, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. to watch the race and if you missed this, you can watch the archive on demand.
- Another online source is NBC Local Media's new digital channel and on www.nbcnewyork.com.
