The successful launch of a NASA Black Brant rocket from Wallops Flight Facility, Va. has sparked reports of strange lights in the sky Saturday night.
One Maryland resident posted a video on YouTube. The video was shot from Eldersburg, Md, showing the rocket launch and cloud dispersal.
