iTunes

If you have a Macbook, you're not always near an ethernet cable or Wi-Fi signal (although a rumored 3G-enabled Macbook might solve some of that). If you have an iPod or iPod Nano, you're not always near your computer. iPod Touch? Not always near Wi-Fi. iPhone or iPhone 3G? Sometimes your signal sucks, or no Wi-Fi.

According to research by AppleInsider, apparently Apple is looking into iTunes Kiosks, locations where media-hounds can download the latest in video, music, and apps when on-the-go. It doesn't take a stretch of the imagination to imagine these kiosks at malls, Apple Stores, and airports.

One of the problems presented is the potential damaging of a dock connector, and the overloading of Wi-Fi signals emitted by such a kiosk. The solution appears to be connecting wirelessly with one device at a time.
