Gossip Girl is filming at two different locations in Manhattan today. According to On Location Vacations, the hit CW show is filming near Second Ave and 52nd St in New York City. They are also filming shots outside around 12th Ave and 30th in Lower Manhattan.

Last week, it was revealed that Hilary Duff is joining the cast for a few episodes, the first of which will air October 5th. Her character will be a movie star looking for an average college experience. It is also rumored her character will become romantically involved with Penn Badley's character Dan.

It is unlikely Duff will be on set today as they are only shooting the second episode but things are sure to hit up once she joins the cast on the streets of NYC later this summer!
