The Tsukuba battles are always interesting to watch as the vehicles quickly race through the corners and straights. This battle features a Nissan 370z, Porsche Cayman and 911 Carrera, BMW 135i, and Honda S2000 competing for Tsukuba supremacy. Which one will win? All vehicles are nimble and setup for track style performance from the factory, but not all were created equally. The more expensive of the bunch, Porsche Cayman and 911 Carrera might surprise you in the end. The less expensive Nissan 370z sends out a strong message to all competition as it brings in a second place trophy only seconds behind the expensive Cayman.

Pay special attention to how well balanced the Nissan 370z is compared against the Porsche Cayman and 911 Carrera. The Porsche seems slightly top heavy and likes to sway through the corners. The Nissan 370z has a much more steady flow through the corner, as it's center of gravity is lower thus providing more traction and better corning capability. In the straights, the Cayman dominates out of sheer power. The low end on the Nissan 370z in stock form needs some work! It lacks that grunt power needed to keep up with the Cayman coming out of the corners.

Overall, this is a pretty good race. You can see how price tag doesn't always indicate position on the charts. The times are very impressive, and for the money you can't beat a Nissan 370z. The redesigned Fairlady Z is quickly gaining popularity across the globe as drivers realize the potential bang for buck value Nissan is bringing to the table. Good job Nissan, keep up the great work!
