The 25th Anniversary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Concert debuted the first of two episodes on Sunday, November 29, 2009, exclusively on HBO,. The performances by legends of Rock and Roll were energizing. Rock fans who saw the debut are likely asking when thte concert will air on television again, so the schedule for the special rock event at Madison Square Garden in New York follows.

Featured performers include Jeff Beck Band, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Aretha Franklin, Metallica, Paul Simon/Simon & Garfunkel, Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, U2 And Stevie Wonder. Each featured performer hosts a segment that includes more rock legends.

The unique four-hour music event THE 25TH Anniversary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Concert debuted Thanksgiving weekend on Sunday, November 29 (8:00 p.m.-12:10 a.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO. Featuring performances from two groundbreaking concerts held October 29 and 30 at Madison Square Garden, the special is anchored by iconic musicians that include Jeff Beck Band, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Aretha Franklin, Metallica, Paul Simon/Simon & Garfunkel, Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, U2 and Stevie Wonder.

Other HBO playdates: December 16 (2:15 a.m.), December 20 (11:15 a.m.), December 24 (10:15 p.m.) and December 28 (midnight)

HBO2 playdates: November 30 (9:00 p.m.) and December 5 (12:30 a.m.), December 18 (10:00 p.m.) and December 30 (1:45 p.m.)

The live concerts celebrated the 25th anniversary of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The two nights featured different lineups, with artists performing their own songs and the music that inspired them – tracing the history of genres ranging from soul to hard rock.
