As the Fourth of July approaches, Independence Day celebrations, complete with fireworks shows in Incline Village, Tahoe City, Kings Beach and South Lake Tahoe, are undergoing final preparations.

Thanks to generous donations and dedicated volunteer efforts the fireworks show in Incline Village, during the Red, White and Tahoe Blue festivals will take place, on the evening of July 4th, at Incline Beach. In addition to the Incline Village Fireworks, the Red, White and Tahoe Blue festival will include a whole calendar of events taking place July 2nd, 3rd and 4th, including a veterans event, parade and kids activities.”

Tahoe City will also have a fireworks show, thanks to the efforts of the Tahoe City Downtown association. The event takes place at 9:30p on July 4th and can be seen from locations in Tahoe City, including Commons Beach. This will be the 63rd annual fireworks show in Tahoe City.

Kings Beach will offer a fireworks show at 6:30p on July 3rd, thanks to the efforts of the North Tahoe Business Association. There will be a pancake breakfast, 5K run and crafts fair in Kings Beach on July 4th.

South Lake Tahoe will also have fireworks, which is scheduled to begin at about 9:45p on July 4th. Perhaps the best view of these fireworks is from Nevada Beach.
