New York City has an advantage for film lovers who want to witness the spectacle live. NYC is a popular filming locale for the film industry. This week Kevin Smith brought his latest film to the Brooklyn neighborhood of Bayridge.
Kevin Smith's new film rumored to be titled, "A Couple of Dicks," stars Bruce Willis, Tracy Morgan, Seann William Scott and Adam Brody. While the plot is not obvious, one of the scenes filmed today included the bank robbery of a comic book store in Brooklyn.
Watching a filming in NYC is definitely bargain entertainment. You can see your favorite stars and maybe get an autograph.
Tips for stargazing:
- Pay attention to the instructions from the production assistants. You don't want to be asked to leave the set area because you walked into a scene.
- Take pictures when allowed and never during filming.
- Silence is golden. The less attention you bring to yourself, the more likely you will be allowed to linger near the stars.
