Hey Anna Sui and Gossip Girl fans! It was reported some time ago that Anna Sui had jumped into bed with Target to create a new collaboration line based on the obsessively popular Gossip Girl TV series for this upcoming Fall 2009 season. And guess what? The lookbook has finally emerged onto the internet and now into your laps and laptops.

For those of you not as fashionably informed... (and of course that is why you can always come to me... *wink wink*) Anna Sui rules the American runways with her own flair for fashion. One of those designers after my heart, who truly beats to her own drum when it comes to designing. It’s not about trends or fads, it’s about what inspires Anna to create rock and roll inspired garb with flashes of the bohemia and throw backs to the hippy chic of the past. Love it! And how smart of Target to collaborate with Anna Sui on a Gossip Girls venture. While each gossip girl: Serena, Blair, Jenny (aka Lil’ J), and Vanessa, all have their own character and fashion persona, there is something about Anna Sui’s design aesthetic that relates to them all! And with that we get a fabulous collection with looks that embody each of our favorite GG characters and of course at a price we can all get our hands on!

Launching online and in 250 stores across the country on September 13th, the Anna Sui collection for Target will be one hot commodity. Perfect for your daughter’s back to school garb or just for you! The collection would be a fun and flirty addition to your fall wardrobe to spice up last years staples!  Anna always gives us great styling with her mixed prints, patterns and multiple garment layering and this hot collection is perfect for that! Style it up, just they way you see it, or make your own fashion twist to the Gossip Girl look.  Either way you will be officially chic for Fall '09!

Just like we can all identify ourselves with one of the Golden Girls, (I’m a Blanche/Rose) and of course one of the Sex and the City girls, (I’m definitely a Carrie, with a splash of Samantha), we can all now identify with the Gossip Girls...
