I've been using King Arthur Flour ever since we opened a bakery, and that was a very long time ago. Back then we'd get huge shipments of 50 pound bags sent from the food distributor. After we sold the bakery a few years ago, I had to learn how to use a 5 pound bag all over again. It just looked so teeny compared to a pallet full of 50 pound bags! We pretty much used the King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour for all our pie crusts, desserts and anything else that called for all-purpose flour.
King Arthur 's Unbleached Bread Flour was used for...you guesed it! Bread! It was awesome too. If you're a bread baker and fight with flat bread, inconsistent results, and well, just plain old bread that you're not happy with, then you HAVE to try their Bread Flour! We also used their Whole Wheat Flour for a lot of the healthier baked goods. However, I always found myself wishing for a lighter, more recipe-friendly flour. So, you can imagine how happy I am with their Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour! I love this stuff! Everything I bake comes out the way it's supposed to, and it makes me feel good about what I'm eating. I bake so much, that a healthier flour that actually works in the desserts, helps immensly.
