Mai Thai Coffee

It’s a chilly, drizzly day here in the Land of Enchantment, my favorite morning vista of the Sandia’s obscured by clinging April rain clouds. Today would be a perfect day to curl up on the sofa with a great book, some praise music and a cup of hot coffee. If the truth be told, this girl will savor any kind of ground caffeine bean, but if you want a real treat I highly recommend some exotic Mai Thai Coffee. On a recent stateside trip from his home base in Chiangmai Thailand, Charlie Milbrodt,  Pastor and founder of Living Word Ministries International shared a little about a great new project with which he is involved. Mai Thai coffee helps farmers in Thailand support their families by growing and selling coffee beans. I had the opportunity to sample a couple varieties of this great brewed bean which is available for purchase either through Charlie Milbrodt’s Living Word Ministries website, or right here in Albuquerque at the Solid Rock Café located at Believers Center of Albuquerque.
