White House threatens Rush Limbaugh

In yet another blatant example of Obama-bullying of conservative media sources, the White House has issued another threat against radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh.

In addition to complaints that the rhetoric of Limbaugh and Beck may lead to 'violence' at Town Hall meetings, the White House, the DNC, and others have warned Limbaugh in particular that he is 'on thin ice' for consistently comparing Obama tactics to that of Nazi Germany.  Click on the link to read from the Limbaugh website the comments of WH Press Secretary Robert Gibbs concerning Rush being 'on thin ice.'

Of course, this may be only a precursor to an all-out assault on conservative talk radio through the FCC's new 'Chief Diversity Officer' Mark Loyd, who was appointed by Obama. I wrote extensively about Loyd and his views on conservative talk radio, and his plans for dismantling it, in a column several days ago.

The Obama plan is not unlike that of the Nazis in Germany and the Communists in the old Soviet Union who believed that it was essential to control all of the sources of news in order to maintain a stranglehold on the society.  All Obama has to do is to find a way to silence conservative talk radio and Fox News Channel, and he will have the bulk of the media in his hip pocket.

To listen to the drivel of lamebrained idiots like self-avowed Socialist Bernie Sanders, U.S. Senator from Vermont, however, one would think that the entire media is controlled by conservatives.

Sanders stated in an interview that conservatives have a monopoly on the media and are using that media to thwart Barack Obama's plans.  He mentioned 2 media sources alone--Fox News and conservative talk radio.

Conveniently, Sanders failed to mention the Obama-minions of MSNBC, NBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, CNBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, Time, Newsweek, Huffington Post, Daily Kos, Los Angeles Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, New York Daily News, Miami Herald, and umpteen million other Leftwing media outlets whose bias in favor of Obama is stunning.

America needs conservative talk radio and the political commentators of Fox News such as Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity in order to provide at least a modicum of balance in a media that is dominated by Leftwing hacks who have a vested interest in seeing Barack Obama succeed in changing the country into a Socialist-Fascist state.

This is not about saving the careers of Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity,or Mark Levin.  This is about the citizens having access to the truth.  Were it not for these talk radio hosts and hundreds of faithful Internet writers and bloggers, the truth would be forever lost in a flood of government propaganda delivered by the state-run media.

For example, who is reporting the truth about the healthcare bill on ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, or CNN?  Are they telling you that even if Obama decides to nix the 'public option' in the healthcare bill, the bill will still create a government-run system?  Are they telling you that the bill will still contain provisions to ration care for the elderly and transfer healthcare dollars from Senior Adults to 20 million illegal aliens?  Are they reporting that doctors will be required to adhere to strict rules set by government bureaucrats when treating their patients?  And did they happen to mention that the bill will still contain a 500 billion dollar cut in Medicare?

You won't hear any of this in the mainstream, traditional media on TV.  But you WILL find these important nuggets of truth on conservative talk radio, Fox News, and In the faithful and courageous articles provided by Internet writers and bloggers.

We MUST not allow Obama, the FCC, Mark Loyd, the Democrat Congress, or anyone else deprive us of these sources of truth.
