Most kids love Valentine’s Day. But let’s face it, money is tight these days and cards can be costly.   Why not save money this year by printing your own Valentine’s Day cards for kids, for free? Plus chances are pretty good no other child in the classroom will have the same card.   No special software or material is required to make these printable cards. All you need is a computer, printer, online connection and paper.

Free Valentine’s Day Cards:

  • Jan Brett Valentine’s Day Cards - Jan Brett, artist extraordinaire, has three cute Valentine’s designs for kids that can be personalized. To make, select your design, add a personalized message and click the “create” button. Fold the card in half twice, no cutting is required. Matching envelopes are also available. Requires Adobe Acrobat.
  • Hewlett-Packard Kids' Valentines  - These adorable animal-inspired cards are just plain fun. Select from five different designs and follow the specific printing directions. Cute as can be.
  • DLTK-Kids SpongeBob Valentine’s Cards - Head on over to DKTK-Kids for free SpongeBob Valentine’s Day cards. There are four colorful cards per page with two different designs. To make, print and cut along dotted lines.
  • Mint Printables - Mint Printables offers six printable Valentine’s Day cards. Helpful printing tips are also included. Users can print directly or save to the computer hard drive.
  • A Kids Heart Valentines - This site offers four free cards for kids – with a twist. Children are able to color portions of the cards before printing by moving the sliders to change colors. Once the cards are printed out, children can hand color the rest of the card or leave as is. Adobe Acrobat is required.

Save time and money this year by making personalize Valentine's Day cards for the kids!
