The legendary Michael Jackson may be starting up his tour rounds this year, but you can catch his live music now with a night of chart-topping tributes to the moonwalker.

Famous songs of the gloved one will reverberate through the sound system of the Nectar Lounge in Fremont. Joey Porter of the funk-inspired Joey Porter’s Tribute To will present a tribute to Michael Jackson. Nine of the hottest musicians in the West will come together to pay tribute to Michael’s greatest hits of the late 70s and 80s. DJ Indica Jones will also be on hand to keep the party going in between musicians.

Some songs you can expect to hear include “Billie Jean,” “Beat It,” “Thriller,” “Baby Be Mine,” “Human Nature,” “Smooth Criminal” and plenty more. The Michael Jackson extravaganza will be at Nectar Lounge on Friday, June 5 at 9pm. The show is 21 and up and tickets are $10 advance.

In this economy it’s not easy to hand over big bucks for a Michael Jackson concert. The Nectar Lounge makes it easy and affordable. Gather the fans and make your way to Fremont for a night of classic hits from the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson.
