Stacy G. Kelly has been an Ontario university administrator for the past nine years, with specific expertise in university recruitment and admissions, program management, and institutional fundraising. He has published papers in peer-reviewed journals on higher education philanthropy and higher education public policy. He is currently completing his Master of Education with a focus on higher education policy.
