MacArthur Memorial: MacArthur in WWII landing

Part IV of a series of investigative articles on the Obama administration, the United Nations, and unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrial life

Public warnings by high-ranking U.S. military officials, a U.S. president, and a Russian head of state of a hostile “invasion” by extraterrestrial civilizations seeking to conquer and dominate earth function as “memes” or implanted thought-forms to establish the psycho-social infrastructure of a future “UFO alien” false flag operation.

The purpose of this predicted “extraterrestrial” false flag invasion – if it is to materialize in our future – is to facilitate the imposition of a domestic police state worldwide under a global regime, and to deny humanity’s rights to participate with ethical advanced extraterrestrial civilizations now visiting earth.

U.S. military officials and the “UFO Alien” invasion

High-ranking U.S. political figures and military officials have promoted the “UFO alien” invasion meme since the early days of the UFO era following World War II.

On October 8, 1955, former U.S. General Douglas MacArthur, who had been considered for the Republican nomination for Vice President in 1952, is reported to have stated, "The nations of the world will have to unite, for the next war will be an interplanetary war. The nations of the earth must someday make a common front against attack by people from other planets."

Canadian researcher Grant Cameron reports that several years after MacArthur’s statement that Brig. Gen. John A. McDavid, USAF, Director of Communications-Electronic for the Joint Chiefs of Staff delivered the “UFO alien false flag invasion” meme during a speech at Milliken University, Decatur, Illinois.  McDavid’s speech, which had been which had been pre-approved by the U.S. Air Force, stated: “Before long, people may be forced to realize and accept as a fact that this earth is only an infinitesimal grain of sand in an infinite universe." McDavid said, "The human is one of many forms of life with which God is concerned and others are superior to us. And if this is true, our meeting with other types of existence in other places in the universe quite likely will increase the potential element of conflict rather than reduce it.’”

For exopolitics – the science of relations between human civilization and other intelligent civilizations in the universe - one key question how to evaluating the truth of MacArthur’s and McDavid’s statements.

Are MacArthur, nearly a 1952 Republican Vice Presidential nominee, and McDavids, a flack for the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff (which, as our series has shown, in 1962 would proposed Operation Northwoods, a violent false flag operation against the U.S. homeland) predicting a genuine future for humanity?

Or are they delivering a powerful meme or subliminal message, and knowingly setting the stage for a future “UFO alien” false flag operation that would fulfill the long-range global domination objectives of their political masters behind the Republican party (MacArthur) and the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff (McDavids)?

Is an extraterrestrial invasion a legitimate fear?

Is a hostile extraterrestrial invasion of earth a legitimate fear? In a word, probably not.  Not a single high-ranking U.S. military official who has promoted the “UFO alien invasion” meme has given a scintilla of evidence for it, and all have used the “extraterrestrial invasion” meme for fear and manipulation effect, not legitimate civil defense.

As we shall see in future articles, the new science of exopolitics preliminarily demonstrates that interplanetary affairs are highly regulated, and an aggressive invasion of earth is both unlikely and against universe governance law and enforcement.  Any “UFO invasion” would most likely be a false flag operation.

Reagan’s Star Wars

A further benchmark in evaluating MacArthur’s & McDavid’s statements predicting a future extraterrestrial invasion of earth is provided by President Ronald Reagan, whose term in office spanned the decade of the eighties (1981-89).  Reagan’s ultimate legacy can be said to be Star Wars, a plan to weaponize space, which ironically suffered temporary political defeat during Reagan’s years.

Ronald Reagan is another high-ranking, and not the only, U.S. official to promote the UFO alien extraterrestrial invasion, as a false flag operation.  As with MacArthur and McDavids, Reagan provides no evidence of hostile extraterrestrial intent, and repeats almost verbatim the psychological warfare memes originally published by MacArthur.

Reagan gave birth to a Star Wars, which represents the expansion into the infinite arena of space of the war economy and the diversion of citizen tax revenues into a never-ending series of space weapons systems.  During the Reagan years, it envisioned missile defense systems, space-based weapons systems, and “brilliant pebbles” systems filling the heavens.

Reagan’s Star Wars was the ultimate corporate welfare for a future international banker cartel-controlled global government that U.S. president George H.W. Bush titled “the new world order.”

Present day Star Wars also includes space-based weapons of mass-destruction which weaponize ecological systems like the ionosphere and can be used both as an anti-missile defense system, and an offensive weapon against space-vehicles of both human and extraterrestrial civilizations, and – importantly – appears to be a joint project of the U.S. and Russia.

Ronald Reagan, Mikhail Gorbachev and the “UFO Alien” extraterrestrial invasion

Like the Star Wars ionosphere space-based weapons system, the “UFO alien” false flag invasion appears to be a joint product of an international command and control network within both the U.S., Russia, and other entities.  We now know from data collected by Canadian researcher Grant Cameron that during the period 1985-87, Ronald Reagan as U.S. president and Mikhail Gorbachev, actively inter-promoted the “UFO invasion” meme as part of the U.S.-USSR dialogue.

A master strategic salesman, Reagan had sold the weaponization of space as part of the dialectic of terrestrial enemies, in this case the dialectic of the USA versus the USSR Soviet Union, the “archenemy” that the war economy had created for hypercapitalism.

Although billed as a personal “fantasy,” Reagan promoted the weaponization of space and a global “friendly fascist” state with the meme of a “UFO alien” false flag invasion, at least 4 times during his presidential career. Reagan injected the “UFO alien” invasion meme into the Nov. 19, 1985 summit with Michael Gorbachev. The U.S. Department of State Memorandum of Conversation reports that:

"Reagan said that while the General Secretary [Gorbachev] was speaking, he had been thinking of various problems being discussed at the talks. He said that previous to the General Secretary’s remarks, he had been telling Foreign Minister Shevardnadze (who was sitting to the President’s right) that if the people of the world were to find out that there was some alien life form that was going to attack the Earth approaching on Halley’s Comet, then that knowledge would unite all the peoples of the world."

In a February 16, 1987, speech the "Survival of Humanity," Russian leader Mikhail Gorbachev gives explicit public long-term credence to the future “UFO alien” extraterrestrial invasion meme:

"At our meeting in Geneva, the U.S. President said that if the earth faced an invasion by extraterrestrials, the United states and the Soviet Union would join forces to repel such an invasion. I shall not dispute the hypothesis, although I think it’s early yet to worry about such an intrusion. It is much more important to think about the problems that have entered in our common home."

As the heads of state for the then super powers, Gorbachev and Reagan are laying the psycho-social infrastucture for a future “UFO alien” invasion, and mutually creating the economic market for a space-based weapons arms race that has dominated the 21st century thus far.

Ronald Reagan and the “UFO Alien” invasion meme at the United Nations

Ronald Reagan’s historic performance of the “UFO alien” invasion meme was performed on the iconic podium of the United Nations General Assembly during his speech to 42d Session of the United-Nations General Assembly in New York on September 21, 1987.

Five years earlier, as an accredited journalist and non-governmental delegate, I had personally witnessed an earlier Reagan speech at the U.N. General Assembly, in June 1982 to the U.N. Second Special Session on Disarmament, in which Reagan heavily promoted U.S. cruise missiles in Western Europe.  Reagan’s speech was the dramatic high point of the Session, heavily covered by media, fully attended by all U.N. delegations, and dramatically picketed by massive peace demonstrations outside of the U.N.  If any single world actor could promote the war meme (the Soviet Union was the designated dialectical enemy in 1982), Reagan could.

The text of Ronald Reagan’s speech contains an explicit announcement of a future “UFO alien” false flag invasion:

“...In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us? What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?..."

You can watch a video of this speech (below), in all of its historic theatrics. Ronald was, after all, a movie actor turned President playing a role with his script at the United Nations.  Play the speech a few times, and “re-frame it” as a U.S. President setting the ground work for a “UFO alien” false flag alien invasion.  There is ample historical precedent within recent U.S. presidential history for presidential involvement in laying the infrastructure of a false flag operation.

As we shall see, it came to light in the May 9, 2001 Disclosure Project press conference, that a high-ranking NASA whistleblower, Dr. Wernher von Braun, left behind death-bed testimony that made transparent the dynamics behind Reagan-Gorbachev mutual broadcasting of a future “UFO alien” invasion memes.
