Part III of a series of investigative articles on the Obama administration, the United Nations, and unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrial life

In order to comprehend the full context of a false flag “UFO alien” extraterrestrial invasion, we should first review recent history on how U.S. Presidents from John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson, and George W. Bush have given executive approval or disapproval to false flag operations undertaken by their Joint Chiefs of Staff or elements of the military-intelligence within their executive command and control structure.

False flag operations and international law

According to one researcher, “the term ‘false flag’ is derived from the naval warfare concept of flying false colors; that is, flying the flag of a country other than one's own”.  In the case of Operation Northwoods, the false flag reference was to the flag of the Republic of Cuba painted on fighter jets and in “Cuban terrorist” identity tags and false clues on planes and guerillas who were to attack a U.S. ship and east coast cities in 1962.

The United Nations charter and the Geneva conventions (of which the U.S. is a signatory) and the Rome statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) have all made aggressive war – or the launching of a war against another nation or community – the most serious of war crimes.  Hence the false flag operation has become standard operating procedure with U.S. administrations who wish to start a war of aggression. Unless the perpetrator of war can show they were first attacked by another entity, their own act of war would be considered a grievous war crime.

John F. Kennedy and Operation Northwoods (1962)

Declassified U.S. government documents now confirm that the Chairman and U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff planned and approved a 1962 “false flag operation” under which aircraft painted with the insignia of the Cuban air force would bomb a U.S. ship. Violent terrorism would be unleashed in specified areas of urban America (including Miami and other Florida cities, and Washington, D.C.)  by U.S. department of defense agents posing as “Cuban terrorists”, killing potentially hundreds if not thousands of innocent American civilians going about their daily lives.  The purpose of this false flag operation, designated Operation Northwoods, was to provide a legal pretext and mobilize the media and public opinion for an illegal invasion of the island of Cuba by the U.S. military.

Operation Northwoods would have gone ahead were it not for the veto of then President John F. Kennedy (1961-63). General Lyman L. Lemnitzer, Eisenhower’s hold-over appointee as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, presented an approved Operation Northwoods to Kennedy’s Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara on March 13, 1962.  McNamara presented Operation Northwood to President Kennedy, who vetoed the Pentagon-approved false flag operation against the American homeland and innocent civilians.

Lyndon B. Johnson & the Gulf of Tonkin resolution (1964)

We now know that a major U.S. escalation of the Vietnam War (1959-75) was started by a false flag operation in August 1964 in the Gulf of Tonkin, when false reports of attacks on the U.S.S. Maddox and U.S.S. Turner Joy by the government of North Vietnam was used by Pres. Lyndon B. Johnson to secure the Gulf of Tonkin resolution from the U.S. Congress, giving legal cover to a Vietnam war in which 50,000 U.S. servicemen and 10 million southeast Asians lost their lives.

George W. Bush & the invasions of Afghanistan (2001) and Iraq (2003)

Likewise, prima facie evidence now exists that the U.S. illegal invasion of Afghanistan on October 7, 2001 was the result of a pre-approval by U.S. President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney and Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld of a false flag operation prepared by high-ranking elements within U.S. military-intelligence and carried out on September 11, 2001, using  advanced exotic warfare against the U.S. homeland at the World Trade Center site in New York City and at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.  Like Operation Northwoods (1962), the purpose of the 2001 false flag operation was to kill thousands of innocent U.S. civilians, perform a psyops strike on the U.S. Pentagon, an attempted strike on the U.S. Capitol and White House, for the purpose of launching an international war of world domination and imposing a domestic police state world wide.  

Responsible research which has been formally presented to the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives demonstrates that the 9/11 false flag operation operation led to the Patriot Act and a matrix of U.S. statutes and presidential executive orders for implementation of martial law (2001-present), to the Afghanistan invasion (2001-present), the unilateral aborogation of the ABM treaty (2002) and the escalation in U.S. missile defense and the weaponization of space, and Iraq war (2003-present).  The 9/11 false flag operation was dispositively under the executive command and control of high officials of the Bush administration including: President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, and Donald H. Rumsfeld.  

The prima facie evidence for Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld executive command responsibility for this false flag operation is set out in the Memorandum to the U.S. Congress accompanying the September 11, 2001 Independent Prosecutor Act.  

War as in industrial activity, triggered by false flag operations

Some historical analysis sees all major wars such as World War I and II as a form of “false flag operation,” or industrial activity in which the banking cartels behind our war economy manipulate both sides of the dialectic of opposing enemies in order to trigger and continue the industrial activity of war, for a profit motive.  In Fleshing Out Skull & Bones, Kris Millegan, ed. and others, for example, document how Wall Street bankers, and members of the Brotherhood of Death (aka Skull & Bones) Averill Harriman and Prescott Bush (George W. Bush’s grandfather) financed both the Bolsheviks (communism), and the Nazis (fascism) in the run-up to World War II.

The Wall Street-City of London banking cartel was thus able to manipulate critical command and control elements within fascism, communism and hyper-capitalism to trigger and maintain World War II.  World War II thus became the principal industrial activity of what has been termed the “international war crimes racketeering organization”.

As we shall see in subsequent installments in this series, U.S. presidents and high officials historically have used this false flag operation infrastructure to create the conditions for a “UFO alien” extraterrestrial invasion and war, for the purposes of anti-extraterrestrial propaganda, colonization of inhabited planets, space weaponization and active warfare, and imposition of a global police state.  This trend continues in the Obama administration.
