Want to help charities and nonprofits this holiday season? More than 70,000 nonprofits have joined with Goodsearch.com, which along with GoodShop.com enables consumers to donate to their favorite causes simply by searching the Web and shopping online.

Retailers in the program include Apple, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Target, Zappos and many others. As much as 30 percent of the purchase price from an online retailer could be donated to the buyer's charity of choice - and there's no price markup to cover that cost.

In addition, shoppers can find deals and coupons from retailers at the site.
