The Water Bill Woman Linda Stewart emailed me some interesting water bill related information after she read my post about the Canton Crossing auction.  One of the properties (1500 South Clinton Street) that is part of the auction recently received a $29,062.96 water bill credit.  You can look up water bill balances like this one here.  If you want to learn about questionable Baltimore water bills then follow WaterBillWoman on Twitter.  Ms. Stewart is always finding and documenting curious bills.

It is not uncommon to find distressed properties with large water bill related debts.  This is the first time I have seen a distressed property with a water bill credit.
