Khadijah "Moon" Ali-Coleman is co-founder of Liberated Muse Productions, the production team of the annual Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest held annually in Washington D.C. Moon is a national performer and member of the artist collective the Saartjie Project. A music critic of diverse taste, Moon is an arts writer for the Capital Community News publication East of the River, penning the column Southeast Stylings. Over the past five years, she has covered the musical careers of artists based in DC and hailing from the area.
