On Sunday, March 15th from 9 AM to 1 PM at the Manhattan JCC, there will be a morning of conversation about engaging children with special needs and their families in Jewish life, a day of dialogue between Jewish community leaders and families with children with disabilities. The day will feature a keynote lecture by Jacob Artson, age 15, and his family, including his father, Rabbi Bradley Artson, a leading advocate for children with disabilities. As the uncle of an autistic child I'm really glad this issue is being addressed.

There will also be forums for parents to meet with other parents and rabbis and rabbinical students to meet as a cohort.
