
Several film festivals are coming up in New York that will feature Israeli films. JCCManhattan will hold the Other Israel Film Festival from November 12-19, 2009. The Other Israel Film Festival will feature films by and about Palestinian Israelis (formerly known as Israeli Arabs). The schedule of screenings is:

For Jewish Israeli films there will be two festivals in New York in December and January. The Israel Film Festival will have screenings in Manhattan from December 3-13, 2009 and will include:
Zrubavel (2008) 70min
The following month brings the 6th Annual Brooklyn Israel Film Festival at Kane Street Synagogue with screenings on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010 at 8:00PM, Sat. Jan. 30th at 8:00PM and Sun. Jan. 31st at 7:00PM. The titles of the films has not yet been announced but as in previous years the film festival will feature thought-provoking and award-winning Israeli films.
