From Stu Denrich: Dara, you should try ours at Mr Charles Market. We rub the chickens with garlic and our special blend of Herbs de Provence. They come out delicious and succulent.
From Joe Dunbar: When I moved to the DC area, my friend recommended Edy's Chicken & Steak in Bailey's Crossroads. They serve the chicken with 2 sauces and the green is terrific. The chicken reminds me of a place in Montreal.
