Milwaukee hip-hop fans and horror fans are in for a real treat. Especially, if they like rap superstar Eminem. For years Eminem fans have been saying that he would be brilliant in a horror movie. This due to his dark, twisted, and volatile nature. It looks like they are about to get an opportunity to see if they are right. As Em is set to make his horror movie debut.

The name of the movie is called The Shady Talez, it will be shot in 3-D, and contain a hip-hop theme. In addition to starring in the film, Em is also set to have some type of role in it's production. Details are still being gathered about the movie at this time. However, sources say it will be like a cross between The Twilight Zone and Creep Show. Also, there will be some type of comic book component that will coincide with the film release. And the film may be shot in a series format. Talk of Em and his new movie venture began to spread around Halloween time. Nothing has been confirmed or made definite yet. If this does get off the ground, the film would be released next year sometime.

This is the second movie rumor that has dropped about the rapper this year. The first is the possible role that he could take on in popular actor Mark Wahlberg's upcoming movie. He wants Em to play his brother in a boxing film. He says Em has a rough edge similar to his own and that he would be the most believable in the role to audiences. No further info about either movie is available at the moment. As more details surface, I'll do an update.

In the mean time, if you haven't got a copy yet, be sure to get Eminem's current album, Relapse. It's available now at all local retailers. Or you can also get it on iTunes or Amazon. And if you liked this article, this may interest you too.
